What’s the role

Our Content Creation team is seeking a Producer with a talent for big ideas, a passion for the content creation industry. You are savvy with social trends, are an exceptional collaborator and have a knack for creativity. You are proactive with ideas, eager to push beyond the first right answer and a great problem solve

Essential Responsibilities:

Conduct and attend meetings with stakeholders and marketing teams to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained
Work closely with Business Affairs team to negotiate contracts and negotiate with all parties who will handling and involved in productions
Create estimates, handle final billing, research vendor, director, editor, and artist reels
Facilitate the creative development process and drive the production process
Assist the Creative Team throughout the whole content creation process (Pre-product, Production and Post-Production), ensuring that the final deliverables meet our standards
Manage models, locations, props and wardrobe for each shoot
Obtain and distribute products and equipment needed to complete productions

What will set you up for success

Demonstrate, evangelize and live theCore values of DISRUPT
3 years of professional experience with video editing
At least 1 years of relevant experience with an agency or production company
Proven experience in a variety of production disciplines
Well-connected with proven experience of influencing a wide range of stakeholders
Proven experience of production on high-budget campaigns
Proven experience of independently producing photo shoots
Passionate, enthusiastic, with a creative eye and great organizational skills
Comfortable with strict deadlines and balancing changing priorities on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment
Effective working both independently and as a team member; demonstrates autonomy over assigned work while working towards goals shared by the team
Learns from and applies feedback by making suggested improvements and adjustments in work performance
Strong written and oral presentation skills; ability to be client facing
SProven technical skills using Photoshop and editing programs (i.e. premiere, final cut, after effect, etc.) preferred
Possess excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills.
Korean language skills are required for this position.
